17-First year of exhibitions in ages
Level33 Singapore popup
I have been writing my thoughts lately, untangling the spider from the web. There is a recurring theme.
I might have this as my next post. Can’t put it here because I need to dissect it a little more. It’s about the silence.
So back to this year. From zero to four. Four exhibitions in 2024. I did surprise myself. If I look back I just decided to get out of my way and stop worrying. That helped a lot. Worrying actually proved to be a pointless exercise so I have binned that. I am just putting myself out there and each time I learn something which is far more valuable than worrying.
Exhibitions push you in many ways. I have been pushed all my life but not in a progressive way so exhibiting is not actually as daunting as I had imagined. I am guilty of overthinking. Some women are talented at this so I will just take it that I am very talented.
The four 2024 exhibitions were:
Watercolours - Dunmore East, Co. Waterford
Panacea - Waterford Gallery of Art
Visitare - The Limerick Museum
Blúiríní - Knockrose Garden, Co. Dublin
Not to mention our pop-up in Singapore in the world’s highest brewery called Level33
