14 - On days like these and how I try to get back on track

I had written one big long rant and posted it and then rereading it months later decided who wants to read a rant so it got binned. So these are the bits I kept

……I really am a person with thoughts and feelings and not a bot

……yet nothing gives me more joy and satisfaction than painting in the abstract form

……when I am NOT doing it I always feel something is missing
